We choose to produce our technical jackets in China. We use recycled materials as recycled polyamid, polyester, down and wool wadding- and China is the only country to supply us with all of these, as well as the necessary facilities and expertise for the production of technical outerwear.

Use a moist cloth to remove stains, so to reduce the need for frequent washing. This will prolong the life of your jacket.

Our down puffers are made from a polyester fabric with a membrane and can be washed at 30 or 40 degrees. Wash your puffer inside out, using a reduced amount of soap.

Down puffers MUST be tumble dried with dryer balls to re-fluff them. Use a low-temperature tumble cycle. Sometimes little lumps of down remain in difficult places. Use your fingers to pull these apart, then tumble dry some more (still with the dryer balls).

It is the membrane that makes the fabric waterproof. In addition, the fabric surface is treated with a water repellent (non-fluorinated), so the surface material stays dry longer (you can observe this as water forming pearls on the surface of the fabric). A water repellent will eventually wear off but can be renewed. Sprays are readily available — make sure to choose one that is eco-friendly!
