This webshop is only open to customers in Norway, the EU, USA, and Canada. If you are able to access the webshop from any other area – due to VPN or IP-routing of any kind, or any other method – DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. If you do, your money will be transferred back to your account and the order will not be sent, or the order will be sent with taxes and duties.
European countries that are not a member of the EU: We will ship your order for free as we do to other European countries, but we do however not pay duties or taxes.
Your order will ordinarily be shipped for free within 3 – 5 working days.
JOHNNYLOVE covers all duties and taxes.
You can return your goods (or parts of the shipment) within 14 days after you received it, for a refund. The item(s) we receive must not be notably used and must be packed in a similar manner as we sent it as to preserve the garment as new. This means there must be no wrinkles, scents, tears or misshaping of the garments beyond what must be expected from proper handling.
Norwegian returns: 100 NOK
European returns: 20 EUR
American returns: 30 USD
The return costs will be deducted from the total amount
after we have received the returned product.
For unclaimed packages, your order will be cancelled and shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount – unless anything else is agreed upon.
RETURNS OUTSIDE NORWAY
Due to different customs regulations in different territories, JOHNNYLOVE needs to arrange the shipment of your return/exchange items. Contact our sales department at email@example.com or call +47 73 51 86 80 and we’ll set the shipment up for you.
We can not accept returns that are sent directly to our business address without the proper correspondence mentioned above. Without the correct customs registration (provided by us), the package will be deemed “illegal import”, and will not reach us. So please mail or call us.
