RECYCLED POLYESTER

All our polyester outer shells are made from recycled raw material. Recycled polyester has comparable quality to virgin polyester, while its production requires 59% less energy. It also helps reduce the need to extract crude oil and natural gas from the earth to make new plastic. Our recycled polyester is GRS certified.

Polyester fabric has a relatively small ecological footprint in production, and in use it's highly durable with great colourfastness — qualities that can give garments a long life. The downside of polyester and other plastics is the damage they can do if they end up as waste in landfills or the ocean.

That's why it matters that polyester is put to the right use: recycled from post-consumer waste. We use recycled polyester to put focus on reusing the planet's resources, hoping that rising demand for recycled plastic will drive better circularity for polyester goods.
